Moosewave warns at 70%, 85%, and 100%, then stops new sends at 100%. Unused allowance does not roll over. More capacity means upgrading or agreeing a reviewed capacity order.
Annual billing is separate.
Annual checkout remains Coming soon. It needs separate payment products and a full billing rehearsal; it will not be inferred from a monthly plan. Annual customers will still receive monthly allowances when it launches.
