We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve general grievances within seven days. A shorter period applies where the law requires one; in any event, we do not extend a complaint beyond an applicable statutory deadline.
3. Purchases, cancellation, and refunds
This public website and its waitlist do not accept orders, payments, or paid product subscriptions. There is therefore no website purchase to cancel or refund.
Before any paid access is offered, the applicable product terms will state the total price and taxes, billing and renewal terms, cancellation process, refund rules, customer-care route, and any other information required before purchase. Those terms will be presented before payment rather than applied retrospectively.
