1. Who you are contracting with

This website at moosewave.com is operated by Horizonfold Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under LLPIN ADA-0178, with its registered office at Aspire Coworks, 472/7, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Balaji Arcade, 20th L Cross Road, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095, India.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Horizonfold Labs LLP. "You" means the person using this website.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and the Moosewave waitlist. They do not grant you any right to access or use the Moosewave product, which is not generally available.

If and when you are given access to the product, that access will be governed by a separate agreement presented to you at that time. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to supply the product, and joining the waitlist creates no entitlement to access it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit an email address you are not entitled to use;
• use automated means to submit the waitlist form, or attempt to circumvent its abuse controls;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its supporting infrastructure;
• interfere with the site's operation or availability for others; or
• copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site's content for a competing commercial purpose.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, code, the Moosewave name, and the Moosewave mark — is owned by Horizonfold Labs LLP or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may read, link to, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we have not given.

5. Information about a pre-release product

This website describes Moosewave while it is in private early access. Descriptions of capability reflect the product as it exists at the time of writing and may change before general availability.

Nothing on this site is a warranty, guarantee, or contractual commitment about what the product will do, when it will be available, or what it will cost. Do not make a purchasing or planning decision in reliance on a description here without confirming it with us in writing.

Illustrative interface images on this site are labelled as such. They are representations, not screenshots of a running system, and they do not depict any real account's data or results.

6. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about early access and product updates. It does not guarantee you will be offered access, and it does not reserve a place in any queue.

You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us. How we handle the personal data you give us is set out in the privacy policy.

7. Availability

We provide this website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and terms implied by statute or common law in relation to this website.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of your use of this website.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this website are governed by the laws of India.

The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings for breach of intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction where the breach occurs.
